Refund & Cancellation Policy
CodeNotes sells digital educational resources that are delivered instantly. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations.

Digital Nature of Products
All CodeNotes products — programming notes, cheatsheets, and practice eBooks — are digital goods made available for download immediately after payment. Because these products can be accessed and saved instantly, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged but never received access to the purchased resource
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
In such cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and we will resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after successful download
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Disagreement with the content after accessing it
Cancellations
Since access is granted automatically after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the digital resource has been delivered. If a payment has not yet completed, you may contact us promptly to attempt cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with the following details:
- Your name and email used at checkout
- Order or payment reference
- Product name and a description of the issue
